Purchases

By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed charge in USD for the selected vending product or RFID top-up. Availability and prices are shown at the machine and can change without notice before purchase.

RFID accounts

RFID credentials identify a server-side vending balance. Treat the credential like stored value and report loss promptly. A credential itself does not store payment-card information. Balances are not bank accounts, do not earn interest, and may be used only with participating RPODONNELL.COM vending equipment unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

Do not tamper with machines, bypass payment controls, probe systems, interfere with other users, or use stolen payment methods or RFID credentials.

Product information

Packaging controls the authoritative ingredient, allergen, nutrition, and expiration information. Customers are responsible for reviewing the package before consumption. Do not consume a product that appears opened, spoiled, damaged, or unsafe; request a refund instead.

Promotions

No promotion, trial, or discount applies unless its specific terms are displayed at the machine or on this website.

Refunds and availability

The refund and fulfillment policy is incorporated into these terms. Service can be unavailable because of maintenance, network interruption, stock conditions, or equipment failure.
