Information we process

We may process vending transaction references, product selections, amounts, timestamps, machine identifiers, payment status, support communications, and RFID identifiers with associated account balances. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Payments

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Stripe provides payment status and transaction identifiers needed to fulfill purchases, apply RFID top-ups, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and handle refunds or disputes.

How information is used

Information is used to operate vending equipment, fulfill purchases, maintain RFID balances, manage inventory, provide support, prevent fraud, reconcile payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers such as Stripe and hosting or infrastructure providers when required to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for operations, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
